Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription. All fees are not refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that time.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CattleSphere and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion through your account settings or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to CattleSphere immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform or users.
Upon termination, your right to use CattleSphere ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CattleSphere operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CattleSphere shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
